The NTSB has issued its final report and findings in the crash that killed adventurer and balloonist Steve Fossett. Their conclusion is that Fossett crashed while trying to escape severe wind turbulence that exceeded the performance capabilities of his Bellanca Decathalon. Click this link to read the full report:
