Mark your calendars for the 2019 RE/MAX The Group’s Balloon Round-Up in Casper, WY. This year’s dates are July 19th, 20th and 21st. We will have the downtown Candlestick Saturday evening after the pilot/sponsor dinner party Saturday afternoon. Motel and propane will be provided to all pilots flying the event along with $150 show-up money, champagne and pilot and crew chief gifts.

Again this year, due to scheduling issues with the Fairgrounds, we were forced to hold our event the same weekend as the Riverton Rendezvous. The Balloon Round-up Committee apologizes for any inconvenience & disruption of your summer rally schedule.

Pilots who sign up for Saturday evening’s candlestick will receive $100 for participating from 6 – 9:30 pm plus receive propane after the event. The Candlestick will be at the new David Street Station. The Candlestick will probably be limited to the first 8 pilots who sign up. We will have a Balloon Glow at the Fairgrounds on Friday Night after the Pilot Meet & Greet Dinner. We are tentatively limiting the number of pilots for Friday’s Glow to the first 10-12 pilots who sign up. Like last year, there will probably be a cash gratuity (anticipating a minimum of $50) offered to pilots who participate in the Glow as well as propane provided after.

Attendance for the event will be limited to 20 balloons. We hope you will be joining us for this year’s RE/MAX The Group’s Balloon Round-Up in Casper, WY. Please complete the enclosed pilot application form and lodging sign-up form and return along with a $50 refundable deposit before June 1st. We have a lot of balloon pictures on file, but if you have a new balloon or have not attended The Casper Balloon Roundup before, please include a picture of your balloon. There will be no commercial flights allowed from the RE/MAX The Group’s Balloon Round-Up in Casper, WY event.

For those pilots attending the Billings balloon event, it is scheduled for weekend after Casper, July 26-28.

Get your application in right away. The event will be limited to 20 balloons. Pilots signing up for Friday's Media Flight will receive lodging for Thursday evening for Friday's flight

All pilots receive $150 show-up money, champagne, propane and pilot & crew chief gifts

We are doing a Saturday night downtown candlestick at the David Street Station
The first 8 pilots who sign up to candlestick from 6-9:30 will receive $100

There will be a Friday night glow after the pilot dinner at the Fairgrounds
Signup is limited to the 1st 10-12 pilots who sign up & there will probably be a cash gratuity

We will have the Saturday afternoon BBQ prior to the David Street Station Candlestick
