Color Aloft! Grayslake Hot Air Balloon Festival

This is our third year.  11 balloons,  with balloon glow after dusk.  Start time 4:00, in afternoon.  We plan to provide live music, children's entertainment.  There will be an antique car show the following day. * Bring a picnic or walk into downtown from the park (no food vendors on site)
 
Grayslake is a Village of roughly 21,000 located in the center of Lake County IL surrounded by ample open space.  Central Park is a 66 acre park just north of Grayslake's picturesque downtown (we are one of the few communities in the area whose main street is not a major highway) with an aquatic center, various athletic fields, a disc golf course, playground equipment with splash fountains and paved parking at the park.   We will provide volunteers for chase crews as needed.
