This unique outdoor event that began in 1995 is held in beautiful downtown Harrison, kicks off on Friday evening with The Hare and the Hound Balloon Race. Evening events continue with balloons tethered to the ground for the exciting balloon glow. Tethered rides offered to the public for $5.00. In conjunction with the tethered rides, CASA Kids Fest, has inflatables, pony rides, music, face painting, food and fun for the family. 28th Year
