The Elephant Butte Balloon Regatta (EBBR) provides an opportunity for balloonists, skippers and sponsors to get together and have fun at Elephant Butte Lake New Mexico. Additionally, it provides the communities of Elephant Butte, Truth or Consequences and Williamsburg.
