All balloon launches take place on the Seymour High School grounds located on southern Seymour just north of Highway 54.

Witness The World's Largest Hamburger Parade, get your fill at the hamburger eating contest, take the plunge on the ketchup slide and check out the complete burger memorabilia collection at the Seymour Community Museum. Events also include a car show, motorcycle charity ride, bun run, kid's activities, parade(Sat 11am) and live music. Hot air balloons will ascend around 6 p.m. both Friday and Saturday evenings with a balloon glow to follow at dusk each night. On Saturday and Sunday morning, hot air balloons will ascend around 6 a.m. All flights are weather permitting. Hot air balloon rally free, admission for Burger Fest.
