The BFA/HACD has established the following Junior International Eligibility List (JIEL) for qualification to the 6th FAI Junior World Hot Air Balloon Championship, August 21-27, 2023, in Grudziadz, Poland. The JIEL complies with Section VII of the 2022 Competition Rules, Regulations, Policies and Procedures using results from the 2021 and 2022 US and Junior National Championships.

Eligible pilots must be current BFA/HACD members and aged less than 30 at the start of the event (born August 22, 1993 or later). The official National Aero Club (NAC) intent to participate with competitor nominations is due February 17, 2023.
Eligible pilots not shown on this list will be added, upon request, and ranked by 2021 or 2022 National Eligibility List ranking.
